4:22-29  Jurisdiction for action for penalty.

 4:22-29.  The action for the penalty prescribed in R.S.4:22-26 shall be brought:

a.In the Superior Court; or

b.In a municipal court of the municipality wherein the defendant resides or where the offense was committed.
